RARUK Automation, known for supplying the Universal Robots range of collaborative robot arms and other automation solutions, has announced partnerships with SICK and Inbolt. The End-of-Arm-Safeguard (EOAS) from SICK creates a protective field around the robot’s end effector, preventing it from coming into contact with human workers operating in the same area. Meanwhile, Inbolts GuideNOW is an AI-based 3D vision system that enables real-time robot guidance. These partnerships will allow RARUK automation to develop collaborative robot applications for UK manufacturing businesses. The system can be configured using a URCap and deploy using a three-step process, making it simple to set up and deploy.
