The study revealed that 52% of top performers are now focused on content generation, while 51% of companies are using AI/GenAI for data analysis and 47% for internal and external communication. While GenAI has received much of the attention, its short-term applications overshadow the long-term strategic impact of intelligent automation (IA).IA, where AI enhances automation, can tackle complex tasks, make nuanced decisions and deliver near-human creative solutions.
