In Marketing Automation, the marketing Automation group is an innovation lab to deploy Salesforce technology for our business needs and develop new functionality to meet Salesforce use cases. This role involves developing data, AI, and automation platforms to enable Salesforce to handle customer data at scale and produce robust analytics from our go to market activities. The role includes leading the development of our marketing automation technology using Salesforce Data Cloud, AI Agentforce, Flows, core CRM, and partner data platform technologies from Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Google Cloud, and many more. The position requires a technical leader who drives the long-term architectural vision for the Marketing Automated group and advises product and engineering teams on day-to-day architectural decisions aligned with Salesforce and industry standard methodologies. The candidate must also masterfully design scalable software applications, data platforms, data pipelines, automation systems, system integrations, and AI/ML algorithm outputs to deliver Salesforce business outcomes.
