The solution, first introduced last summer, aims to enhance efficiency and collaboration across business systems. Users can design workflows ranging from simple one- or two-step sequences to more advanced, dynamic automations incorporating conditional logic, loops, delays, and switches to direct actions across multiple paths. Paid Zoom users can now access WorkFlow Automation at no additional cost during the free trial period. The system is designed for ease of use and requires no technical expertise.
