Candid Health, a provider of autonomous revenue cycle automation solutions for healthcare providers, has raised $52.5M in a Series C funding round led by Oak HC/FT. This brings the companys total funding to $99.5m and plans to expand its customer relationships with multi-site provider groups across the US. The companys platform uses AI to streamline the claims submission process and reduce the need for manual intervention. Unlike traditional RCM solutions, Candid aims to prevent errors in the first place. The platform’s touchless claim rate is the percentage of claims submitted, processed, and adjudicated correctly without manual intervention, significantly reducing errors and eliminating manual rework.
