The Bank of East Asia (BEA) has partnered with UiPath to scale the use of enterprise automation solutions in its digital transformation strategy. The bank is the first financial services institution in Hong Kong to cooperate with the company, having adopted Uipath enterprise automation since 2018 to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement capabilities. The partnership has resulted in savings of over 553,000 hours in processing time and increased productivity. Currently, BEA has 77 attended automations, saving 29,000 annual savings for the bank. The implementation also facilitates more precise risk control and mitigation for BEA. The collaboration between BEA and UiPATH has been instrumental in supporting the bank’s digital transformation.
