'Take a screenshot' returning timeout exception errors

Hi @Product,

We had 2 instances last night where the 'Take a screenshot' WA returned exception errors related to timeouts:

Error:
An error occurred taking a screenshot while capturing the screenshot. Both attempts to capture the screenshot were unsuccessful. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact support. Error 1: Timeout 30000ms exceeded.. Error 2: Protocol error (Page.captureScreenshot): Cannot take screenshot with 0 width..

Exception error jobs:

Can we please take a look to see if it is possible to mitigate the instances of this occurring? Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks!

@Nick This issue prevented the open water workflow from relaunching after hours yesterday. It would be really appreciated if you could look into it as it has caused delays for that workflow and we are behind.

I've made a ticket to represent what I believe the problem is for the Wrk Action and will give you updates based on the testing.

@PatrickIgnoto @JasonZak A fix for this is now in prod. As Nick found, the capture screenshot failed because the page seemed to be stuck. The issue stemmed from a recent change to Download files which has now been updated.

The most recent updates to this Wrk Action have resolved the issue. We are no longer seeing the no results issue.
