When I check the press release, everything is loading fine. We were thinking that perhaps the service we use with this WA might be down?

Can we please take a look to see if this is something we can fix? Everything was working fine with these launches for since the start of the week; the errors started this morning.

JasonZak We created a ticket to look into this some more. I did test with the same link and after some time it did stop errorring. Will update when the ticket is completed. Please let us know if this continues to happen more frequently.

I just resumed the launch, and it paused again with the same error on the same WA. I guess the fix isn't in place yet, correct? This WF will launch again tomorrow morning at 7am, do you think we can have the fix in soon?

@JasonZak We've pushed a fix to add a limited number of retries on 404s and keeping the existing retries of 500s. There seems to be some soft blocking happening so we've forwarded some "real" looking headers to try to reduce the errors.
