Is it possible to attach a file to a customer user form?

I have a Wrkflow that involves receiving a file from a client and performing some validations on said file. If any errors are found, I want to send a form to the client to intervene, and ideally the form contains the original file for the client to be able to reference.

Is there any way I can attach a file to a form? And if my only option is to send the file link (i.e. the file download link), how long do those links last? If I'm not mistaken, they expire after a period of time

Mitch Dale that is correct. The custom user forms do not currently have a method for attaching a file Data Library Item for the user to view, and if you use the Retrieve file property details Wrk Action you will get a link to that file but it is only accessible for 1 hour after generation.

Is the 1 hour limit sufficient for your use case, or do you imagine needing access to the files for longer?

I doubt 1 hour will be enough time. Would it be possible to be able to extend that time?

If not, I'll probably just have to include the file as an attachment in the email where the form is sent. Not ideal but it is feasible
