Boast Capital has launched a run, and it is failing on the 'WA-45: Perform an API call in Microsoft 365 Sharepoint' step. It is returning ITC with error:
2026-07-10T15:44:51.412Z 4b32575e-5b3b-4601-b019-bff937dfaec2 Task timed out after 300.58 seconds

I have reset it twice, hoping that I could get it to go through, but no luck.

Can we please see why this is no longer working? I don't think I have seen this issue before, and it was working for weeks prior to today with no issues.

Hey Jason,

I've made a ticket to get this behaviour fixed. You should get a better error message going forward. https://wrk-technologies.atlassian.net/browse/SUP-1811

The issue is that her SharePoint account needs to be reconnected. Maybe she changes her password or something. Ask her to go to this link and reconnect her account. https://account.wrk.com/v2/connected-accounts/microsoft365sharepoint?client_id=5696
