Unable to convert date format

I'm trying to do a simple date conversion of a date from M-d-yyyy format to yyyy-MM-dd format, but I'm getting an ITC:

note: this is also occurring when doing this via WA testing

Am I doing something wrong here?

Hey Mitch, I agree, it's unclear why M-d-yyyy is not supported. I made a ticket to add this support. For now, feel free to update to MM-dd-yyyy, which I've tested and works well.
