Update Data Library Item(s) to empty - Loop ID variable not being reset

Hey @Product,

I'm trying to figure out how to configure nested loops using the 'Update Data Library Item(s) to empty' WA (see: How to configure Nested Loops?)

I'm trying to reset both the "Loop ID" and "Continue loop ID" variables before I reach the inner loop. I configured a 'Update Data Library Item(s) to empty' WA, followed immediately by a 'Send to launch console' WA just to verify the variable was reset:

When I run this, the WA shows both as being reset, but then the very next send to launch console WA shows the Loop ID variable as still having a value. Did I misconfigure something?

in the next outer loop iteration, the 'Continue Loop ID' is also not fully being reset it seems:

Hey Mitch, the issue that is happening is that our pre configured Wrk Actions outputs actually have unique key names in the back end. This means that when you type the same front end name into the Update Data Library Item(s) to empty Wrk Action you are actually referencing a different key.

Because of this the 'Update Data Library Item(s) to empty' only work if you use it on a Fields to Capture that you created yourself or if you happen to know the backend key name of the field you are looking to modify to empty. This is an existing limitation of the action.
