This Wrk Action uses SSH in order to send and receive files. In order to do this a SSH server will need to be running on the computer you are connecting to. Windows supports these by default but in most cases you will need to turn it on. These are the windows instructions for turning on OpenSSH based on the computers Windows version.
Happy to help you go through this. Just book me and we can figure it out.
Note: Opening SSH on a computer does allow an open internet connection with the right credentials to interact with its file system. It does increase the security exposure on the computer and network. It's something that should be approved by the client before simply doing on their PC.
