Created user form URLs are leading to an Error page

Hey @Product,

Everytime I create a user form and open the URL, it's leading to an error page:

This is occurring when I create a user form in a Wrkflow run, as well as with WA testing.

@Mitch Dale (I'm not product, so this isn't a fix for that), but I think you'll probably want to use: Create a custom user input form because it's more dynamic

Thanks @Leeann, I would but in my case I would need to dynamically upload a file to the form- I'm not sure if that's possible with the custom form. I know you can upload a file in the form builder but I can't figure out if I can upload a file from the media library.

If you know how to do this let me know.

@Mitch Dale You can't directly upload a file to the form. However, you could use the "Retrieve file details" Wrk Action to get a link to download the file then put the link in the form and click the link in your subsequent action.

I think we found an alternative to this but in case it comes up again this is an option.
