Copy Content occasionally returning ITC

For this WF:

Occasionally, the Copy Content WA is returning ITC with the following error:
Request error. Status code: 400

This version of the WF will be deprecated soon in favor of a version that doesn't use the SP. I just want to make sure that we don't have similar issues when we switch to the Gemini powered version of the WF.
