Google Sheets returning ITC: Retry exausted after 10 retries

Going back to last Friday, we have seen a number of ITCs occur every day for Google Sheets jobs where the error returned is:
Retry exausted after 10 retries

This looks to be happening in the early morning hours, with the number of ITCs varying with the day.

This metabase query shows the ITCs from today:

Can we please take a look to see what might be going on and to see if we can prevent these ITCs?
