Retrieve file property details - ending in 'No Result'

Hi @Product,
I have an issue where the 'Retrieve file property details' WA is returning 'No Result' for a WF where it was working previously.

Specifically:
Execution ID: https://portal.skillpack.io/wrkstation/706ac15e-279d-41ae-ab4b-ea61d750ca36
Launch ID: 1165114
Account name: 5696
Wrkflow: CRA Checks Wrkflow - API Method
Launch name: Launch-0dff685e

The WA returned the following:
Accounts to check file: Error - Failed to get file with id da97baf5-eb8d-4611-9468-8147810beb8b in namespace default

I've compared the launch file to previous launches and it seems to me like it should work.

Looks like this was being caused by a default value being present for the launch file input. The Wrk Action was looking for that file instead of the provided file. We've removed the default file and it is working as expected. I've raised a ticket to get this issue fixed.
