This ITC occurs occasionally and I'm not sure if it's because the session closed prematurely of something else.

When the upstream open a browser job is reset it tends to work from then onwards. If the element doesn't exist, I'd expect a no-result instead of ITC.

Leeann This was actually because the element was not found and it timed out. We added a better check and clearer error message before attempting to take the screenshot.
