Web RPA | error: list index out of range during run

Hi @Product,

I have a Web RPA WF (https://account.wrk.com/v1/dashboard/wrkflow-runs/51607?client_id=5833), which loops through a list of client names to click on and then perform some additional clicks.

What I'm experiencing every single run is, after about 4-6 loop iterations, all web process RPA WAs fail with an error message that reads list index out of range, namely the Click element WA.

I've tried switching focus to the tab I need the WF to interact with, but that hasn't worked, I tried capturing a screenshot of the browser session after I got the error, but that WA results in the same error.

Could someone please have a look?

Hey @Product,

just a heads up, I tried splitting the WF up to process 5 clients at a time, close the session, and then launch a new WF with a new session, but it failed after the very first client iteration:

I'm really not sure what other options I have here.

Hey @MitchDale , This is hard to debug without being able to actually see the website and watch your process run. However, I believe that part of the issue is the way that you are opening and closing new tabs. Try adding a "Switch to new window" after you use Javascript to close the existing tab.

I believe that since you are using JS to close the open tab the next Wrk Action is still trying to access that tab and is failing when it can't be found. However, I do not currently have an explanation for why it works some of the time and not others.
