Dylan @Leeann, this seems to be an intermittent UI issue on the platform. I believe if you try again now, you should be able to create an account without the error. Regardless, we have raised a ticket with the engineering team about this: https://wrk-technologies.atlassian.net/browse/ENG-2727
Nick @david @Leeann The two issues are not related. Leeann's issue was an intermittent platform issue that likely resolved itself in a couple of minutes and @david's issue was a Wrk Action configuration issue that we have since fixed.
