The Generate a response with Claude WA occasionally returns an ITC with the following error message:
Your request was malformed or missing some required parameters. Please check documentation to ensure you are sending valid parameters.

Hi Leeann, a fix for this is now in production. The actual error was a Status 400: Cannot process PDF, it seems to be intermittent so I added a simple retry to hopefully reduce the frequency. I've also added the actual error messages so we can have better visibility.
