@Product If someone creates a new Salesforce user for us in production, do you know if it needs to be fully licensed if we want to connect using OAUTH to use "Perform an API call in Salesforce"?

Hey Patrick, if the intention of the account is only to be used for APIs and backend access then a Salesforce Integration User License should work fine. If you will need to automate through the front end or do any front end reviews manually then a full license would be better.

The client created a Salesforce API only user for me. I went to try to add the connected account in both the connected accounts page and from the WrkAction but everytime I try to connect it I see this page and there's no account on the WRK platform.
