Generate a response with Claude - can TIF files be accepted?

Hey @Product, can .tif/.tiff files be accepted? I tried passing one through to the job but got an ITC, but I can't decipher from the error message whether or not it's related to the file type

It seems like the job is getting some data (i.e. the error message contains some data from the uploaded image) so it seems like TIF files are acceptable but I wanted to double check

@Mitch Dale Yes, the "Generate a response with Claude" bot supports .tif/.tiff files.
The error you saw wasn’t due to the file type. It was a bug where the bot expected a JSON object but received a JSON array (list), which caused a downstream error. I have opened a ticket for this: https://wrk-technologies.atlassian.net/browse/SUP-1682

@Mitch Dale, a fix was pushed for the JSON array issue. The Wrk Action can now output JSON arrays without throwing errors. As for the original question around if .tif/.tiff files can be accepted by Claude, it actually seems like Action can not accept TIFF. It can only accept the following: ['.gif', '.GIF', '.jpeg', '.JPEG', '.png', '.PNG', '.jpg', '.JPG', '.webp', '.WEBP', '.pdf', '.PDF']

In order to convert the format of your TIFF to an accepted format you must use "Convert image format"
