Please find below an overview of our Q1 2026 Wrk Roadmap
- Wrk Action Testing: allows the user to easily test a Wrk Action while configuring it from the designer. The goal of this feature is to speed up Workflow development by giving workflow designers the ability to quickly iterate on Wrk Action configurations and see their outputs without needing to save and launch a full workflow. (RELEASED)
- Complex Data Input: enhance our current form configuration system to support new input types that will improve user experience and provide more flexible data collection capabilities (i.e. Conditional Input Logic (RELEASED), Key-value pairs (DECEMBER 2026), Array of Objects (JANUARY 2026), Default values (RELEASED), Nested Configurations (RELEASED)). These new features will allow the release of prime Wrk Actions (e.g. Asana, Quickbooks, Buildium, Microsoft Suite, Slack, Google Calendar, Dropbox, PipeDrive, Zoom, Xero, Freshworks CRM, Zoho CRM, Jira, Stripe, Trello, Notion, Calendly, Airtable, etc.)
- Complex Data Output: make it easier and faster to build workflows with JSON. Many of our Wrk Actions output JSON and currently require JSONPath knowledge to use and another Wrk Action. This feature should eliminate the need to know JSON Path and reduce the number of Wrk Actions required to build a workflow. (FEBRUARY 2026)
- UI/UX Redesign: redesign of the UI/UX of the overall platform to improve general usability and user friendliness (FEBRUARY 2026)
- Dynamic Loading of Choices: Many APIs require system IDs to work.(e.g. Slack Channel ID). Frequently, finding these IDs on the platform front end is challenging and brings one out of the automation experience. To reduce complexity and time it takes to build a workflow, we will grab these IDs in a user friendly way on the platform when one is configuring a workflow. (MARCH 2026)
