Query JSON using SQL - how to Format outputs as an array?

Hey @Product, you know how the 'Retrieve values from JSON' Wrk Action has the toggle to Format outputs as an array? Is there anything similar for the 'Query JSON using SQL' Wrk Action?

When I use the 'Query JSON using SQL' Wrk Action and I only get one result back, the output isn't wrapped with [] which causes issues downstream

Hey Mitch,

I agree, this behaviour is confusing and unexpected. I've created a ticket for us to come up with a solution for this. There is no simple way to do this right now.

As an interim solution I recommend checking if the first character is { or [ then branching from there to get the data you want.

Thanks @Nick, I have implemented a similar workaround where I check the number of rows returned. If it's 1, I initialize a variable with [{{Output data}}], if not, I initialize the same variable but without the [ ] (since the output json is already wrapped in [ ]
