Hey @JasonZak, if you notice this happen in the future again, you can reset any Retrieve press release details from Newsfile Corp errors with the message This internal server error usually occurs when there's a typo in your request. Check that the provided date in the from and/or to field is invalid. Common errors include a request made for a future from date, or requesting a date in an invalid date format. Dates must be formatted using YYYY-MM-DD The exact-match search does not include the closing quote, ie. "q="Apple iPhone A search with boolean operators or grouping has unbalanced parentheses, ie. "q=(group1 AND (group2)"
It looks like an error with the API occurred that wasn't due to a typo being in the request. I believe it's just showing the same error message for both cases. It would require further investigation if this happens on a brand new wrkflow, but if it happens for one that has worked without issues in the past then it should be safe to reset.
