The system automates critical functions such as vacuum leak checks, hydrostatic holds, cure holds and resin degassing verification, reducing human error and training requirements. Insights for RTM workcells allows manufacturing engineers to define the RTM/SQRTM cycle using an Excel-based recipe template and provide real-time feedback to operators who monitor the cycle status with minimal direct involvement.Insights for Injectors is delivered via an embedded panel PC, eliminating the need for a separate PC cart and streamlining workflow. The software also offers traceability, data collection and automation tools previously limited to turnkey workcells.
