UiPath has partnered with Deloitte to modernise its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using agentic automation, setting a new benchmark for SAP S/4HANA migration. The initiative, named Customer Zero’s internal transformation was part of UiPaths ambition to reduce complexity and increase scalability. Unlike traditional ERP upgrades, Uipath embedded agentic tools into every stage of the SAP migration, including robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (IDP), Ui Path Apps, and AI-powered orchestration. Over 200 automations were delivered and over 85% of critical finance workflows are now run by unattended automations. The transformation has led UiPATH to a new model of ERP that uses AI agents to manage processes and drive decisions across SAP and non-SAP environments.
