Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Lab Automation Research Scientist to join the Automation Core Lab at the Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of state-of-art lab automation equipment and industry-based experience working with research scientists to use this technology to accelerate, improve and facilitate workflows. The role requires individuals to maintain common lab equipment, including stand-alone liquid handlers, micro-dispensers, plate readers and washers, and several fully integrated robotic workstations. They will also be required to work collaboratively with lab research scientists across the Lilly corporate Center to achieve research efficiencies through implementation of automation process improvements and novel technologies. The position is full-time and subject to a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including 401k participation in 401k.
