Intellinetics, a digital transformation solutions provider, has secured a $100K contract with a leading Canadian homebuilder to implement its IntelliCloud™ Payables Automation System. The system will be implemented in March 2025 with the Automated Utility Invoice Coding module, which increases efficiency by increasing touchless processing of invoices. This deal is expected to generate over $41K in annual SaaS revenue for Intellinetic. Despite economic challenges such as tariffs and fluctuating interest rates affecting homebuilders, demand for their Payable Automation solutions continues to grow. The company cites time and cost savings as critical benefits, especially in plans for July 2025 when the system is set to go live.
